UPDATE: Missing Watertown Teen Located in Washington D.C.

A 16-year-old Watertown girl missing since August 24 has been located in Washington D.C.

According to WMTV-TV, Rachel Heller was located by Washington D.C. Metro Police on September 27.

Rachel had reportedly left her house with an overnight bag and didn't tell anyone where she was going.
She is currently being detained by juvenile authorities until family members are able to pick her up.

Heller had been staying voluntarily with a friend without the knowledge or consent of her parents.
