Three of the stars of "The Big Bang Theory" have inked new deals -- and are getting a hefty pay raise.

Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki and Kaley Cuoco have all agreed to new three-year contracts with Warner Bros. Television that will return them to the hit CBS sitcom. The news comes after contract negotiations delayed the start of production on season 8, which was due to begin last week.

Parsons, Galecki and Cuoco's salaries will jump from $350,000 per episode to about $1 million per episode, according to Deadline, along with an increased cut of the show's back-end and other perks.

Fellow cast members Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar are still in negotiations, reports say, but are expected to reach agreements as well. Co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch inked new deals back in September.

"The Big Bang Theory" was renewed for three more seasons earlier this year.
