An 18-year-old Wisconsin Dells teen is facing criminal charges after prosecutors say he stole a snowmobile trailer parked along Highway 13.

According to WJRC radio, the Adams County Sheriff's Department says the 26-foot enclosed trailer was valued at $8,500 and the snowmobiles are valued at $2,200. It happened on February 15. The items were later recovered and returned to the owner.

The Yamaha had 70-extra miles on it, one of the Ski-Doos had 55-extra miles, and the other Skidoo had four. The suspect, Dylan Jensen has been charged with theft and two counts of operating motor vehicle without owner’s consent.

Jensen will return to court on May 7. He's free on a $2,500 signature bond.
