Sunrise-Side Up celebrates the most important meal of the day, breakfast. This Monday morning we visited Log Cabin Restaurant.
Locating in Schofield, Log Cabin has a long history in the area. It has been around since 1950 and although its changed ownership, it is very much a family run business.
They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but don'y be fooled, breakfast is served all day long. They stick with mostly classic breakfast selections, but the item that gets ordered more often than not is the Eggs Benedict. Log Cabin offers 6 different kinds of benedicts and is currently featuring a limited summer menu that includes blueberry stuffed french toast.
We asked about the locals and regulars that come into Log Cabin, and they are treated very special. One man even got a dish named after him after he began ordering the same item regularly.
