Stevens Point Police Release Description of Robbery Suspect

The Stevens Point Police Department is searching for a suspect they say robbed the BP gas station on Church Street Monday night.

Police say the suspect enter the store around 9:35 p.m. and demanded cash from the register.

Police say no weapon was displayed but, the suspect had his hand in his pocket implying a threat. The suspect left the store southbound on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as 6ft tall with short blonde hair. He was wearing a black colored hooded sweatshirt and sun glasses, partially covering his face and light blue jeans.
