A 39-year-old Stevens Point man is free on a $10,000 signature bond after he's accused of sending several nude photos to two people he believed were in their early teens. The teens were actually undercover officers from two different departments.

Ryan Cevan is charged with child enticement and causing a child to view a sex act. Investigators say Cevan replied to Craigslist postings.

According to court records Cevan sent 31 messages and seven photos between March 3 and March 27 to a teen he believed to be 14-years-old.

Both times investigators say Cevan expressed concern about getting in trouble to the teens young ages.

He was arrested June 18 at his home.

He'll return to court on July 28. That's when he's expected to learn if the case will head to trial.
