Whether you want to lose a few pounds ahead of summer or would just like to tone up a bit, before you focus on shedding the pounds, focus on your overall health. We stopped by Anytime Fitness in Weston where club director, James Klier, says it's important to start small and simple. He also says 70% of what you do does not take place in the gym, weighing in on nutrition and keeping a balance diet. Along with many online resources, fitness instructors at Anytime Fitness are also on hand to work with those on individual goals. April could be a great time to join because the gym is having customer appreciation month and they plan to give away a lot of prizes, including two bikes. Members we spoke with say the best thing is to work hard and don't give up if you don't see results right away. Plus, many stories speak for themselves. A wall of fame is proudly displayed in the gym with many sharing their successful journeys.
