A Dane County teen who gained supporters all over the county through social media has lost her battle with cancer.
According to WMTV-TV, Aly Wolff, 20, passed away on Monday.
Last December, friends of Aly created the hashtag #BiebsMeetAly in hopes of her getting the chance to meet Justin Bieber. It worked! And Aly was able to meet Justin Bieber in Chicago.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Aly's family and friends.

Friends of a Dane County teen battling cancer are hoping to cheer her up with visit from Justin Bieber.
Aly Wolff, 20, from Mcfarland was diagnosed with liver cancer halfway through her freshman year at UW-Oshkosh.
"It's been pretty hard just because you never feel 100 percent ever," Wolff tells WMTV-TV.
To get Biebs attention, Aly's friend Ariel Arneson started the Facebook page "Biebs Meet Aly" less than a week ago. According to a post on the Facebook page, Aly's wish will come true.
Their Facebook page has more than 12,000 likes and Aly even received a tweet from Governor Walker saying, “Good luck, Aly. I hope you get your wish.”
The girls are going to Justin Bieber's concert on Saturday in Chicago and will meet him then.
