A 47-year-old Bonduel man is facing numerous charges after police say he robbed the CoVantage Credit Union on Green Bay Street in Shawano. It happened just before 4 p.m. On Monday.

Police say the suspect, Darrin Church, was located a short time later.

Church is also accused of attempting to rob the Cash Tyme Store in Shawano. He charged with robbery with threat of force, robbery of financial institution and two lesser misdemeanor charges.

No one was injured during the robbery and at no time did Church display a weapon.

He's remains behind bars on a $20,000 cash bond and will return to court next week for an adjourned initial appearance.
