A Shawano man has now been arrested in connection with the 2009 murder of two siblings in the Town of Gillett.
Kimberly Rose, 32, and Leonard Marsh, 21, were found shot to death on May 19, 2009 at the Oconto County home the two were renting. According to WLUK-TV, Rose and Marsh grew up in Park Falls.
Wednesday, Daniel Lee Schmidt, 29, was charged with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
He made an initial appearance this afternoon in Oconto County Circuit Court. Bond was set at $2 million.
An adjourned initial appearance is scheduled for September 26, 2012, at 2 p.m.
