The 18-year-old Weston man accused in the repeated sexual assault of three young boys is bound over for trial. According to on-line court records, Brandon McCloy waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Marathon County Court this morning. A judge found there is enough evidence against McCloy to put him on trial for the crimes.
Everest police say Brandon McCloy confessed to having sex with a 9-year-old, an 8-year-old and a 6-year-old several times over the past few months. He was arrested earlier this month after a fight and a sexual assault at a Weston home. If convicted, McCloy could be sentenced to up to 60 years in prison for each of the three felony counts.
A motions hearing in the case is set for tomorrow.
Police say there's a strong possibility there are more victims. If you have any information on the case, call Everest Metro Police at 715-359-4202.
