A convicted sex offender is scheduled to be released Tuesday in Rhinelander.
Jason Mullen, 24, will be living in Oneida County, however and exact address has not yet been released.
Mullen was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in July 2011. According to a Rhinelander newspaper, Mullen broke into a home and sexually assault at 15-year-old acquaintance.
Mullen will be supervised by the Wisconsin Department of Correction until Dec. 7, 2016.
He must register as a sex offender until 2031.
