The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department is looking for a witness to a June 23 crash that left two people critically injured.
Investigators say the head-on crash happened on County Highway A about one mile north of County Highway U in Tomahawk around 3:30 p.m. on June 23. Both drivers were the sole occupants of their vehicles and were flown to Marshfield to be treated for their injuries.
According to a press release, a witness on scene said two vehicles were north on Highway A when one swerved to possibly avoid a collision with a southbound vehicle.
The sheriff's department is asking the driver that swerved to contact them for questioning about the crash.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
