The CWC-10 has a tight race at the top of the conference.
Both undefeated in the conference are Rosholt and Almond-Bancroft at 3-0 and faced off tonight, but the game played second fiddle to a very special visit.
At halftime the Hornets were down 8-6. And then senior Trevor Buza surprised students and fellow teammates during the senior night festivities.
Trevor played the first two games of the season for the Hornets before being hospitalized with meningitis that effected his spinal cord.
He is now temporarily in a wheel chair and is still receiving treatments at Marshfield Clinic. But they let him out for a few hours this evening to pull of this heartwarming surprise and give the Hornets the spark they needed to pull off the 14-8 win in the second half.
