Riders Launch Campaign to Keep Buses Running

The Village of Weston eliminated bus services next year to help balance its $450,000 budget shortfall.

Weston, Schofield and Rothschild bus riders have lauched a campaign so they will keep running through 2012.

Father Steve Brice had a live interview to tell us about their "Everyone has a Place Campaign."

The group is having a Holiday Jazz Concert Fundraiser December 17th. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the live music starts at 7:00 p.m.

They are asking for a $10 donation at the door.

Zopel Jazz Trio and the New Orleans Hot House Jazz Band will play at St. John the Baptist Episcopal Church. There will also be dancing, raffles and refreshments.
