Retailers Stay Busy In The Days Following Black Friday

This weekend was the biggest shopping weekend of the year. Bargain shoppers were out in full force trying to get the best deals possible, and some of the shoppers are still at it.

Black Friday, and the hectic weekend may be over, but stores like Target say this year's shopping went smoother than most. Store managers say it's just the start of their shopping season.

Three days later, it's still a pretty busy day inside stores. Workers at Target in Weston, say they see a very large turn-out in the days following black Friday. It’s something they're prepared for, and make sure the shelves stay stocked.

Target Manager,Mel Cottrell says the store is still pretty busy Monday morning. "Mondays are a pretty busy day for us. Coming back from the holiday weekend everyone is trying to shop and getting those last things on their list. Store wide we always have great deals. Anything from toys electronics, apparel and accessories, there is always pretty good stuff going on."

Target managers say that they saw record crowds this past weekend.

If going to the store is not your thing, there are some pretty good offers online. Stores like Target do have them, but those offers are specially made for online shopping, and are separate from what's in the actual store.
