We're learning more information on a Saturday morning fire that damaged a building in downtown Marshfield. Crews were called to 107 E. 3rd St. just after 3 Saturday morning.
The building contained a business called Clippe Joint as well as some apartments upstairs. All of the residents had to be evacuated.
Investigators believe the fire is accidental and was caused by some charcoal ashes that were put in a dumpster near the building.
Crews say it took 18 firefighters to get the fire under control. Luckily, no one was injured. Damage estimates range from $150,000-$200,000. Investigators say Clippe Joint has significant damage, they're on the first floor. There's moderate damage to an apartment above it.
