There's a renewed push for early childhood development in Marathon County.

This comes following the newest LIFE report that was recently released.

The infant/toddler brain is developing 700 new neural connection per second, making that human contact time all the more important during the first 1000 days of a baby's life.

The Early Years Coalition is recommending you read 1,000 books to your child before they start kindergarten.
