A Randolph man's license is revoked after he was arrested for his 6th OWI.
Gerald L. Miller, 49, was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Friday in dodge County. A trooper initially stopped Miller's vehicle after the trooper observed Miller was not wearing a seat belt. Miller did not immediately pull over. Instead, he increased his speed. The trooper observed Miller drinking a beer as he continued trying to stop him. Eventually, Miller stopped his vehicle. The trooper administered a field sobriety test. Miller was subsequently arrested for OWI.
It was later determined Miller had five previous convictions for OWI and his drivers license privilege was revoked.
