Currently, more than 120-thousand people are on the national transplant waiting list with more than 2, 000 of those living in Wisconsin.
A program about the donation process as part of a Gift of Life Educational Program at Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center on Wednesday, April 16 from Noon-4 p.m. in the DeAngelis Room.
From Noon - 2 p.m., representatives from the University of Wisconsin Organ and Tissue Donation service will be on hand to answer questions and provide the opportunity to sign up for Wisconsin's Donor Registry. At 2 p.m., a panel presentation by living donors, recipients and family members will take place with a question and answer session.
