A 19-year-old Almond man accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old and two 14-year-olds on separate occasions is expected to reach a plea deal with prosecutors, avoiding a jury trial.
Tyler Kollauf is charged with 1st degree sexual assault of a child, five counts of 2nd degree sexual assault, using a computer to facilitate a sex crime, selling harmful material to a child, causing a child to view a sex act, exposing a child to harmful material, and three counts of bail jumping in five separate felony cases.
Several of the alleged crimes reportedly took place when Kollauf was 17-years-old.
According to court documents, Kollauf admitted to having sex with the teens, but stated it was consensual. The alleged victims stated they all felt pressured.
Kollauf remains behind bars on a $10,000 cash bond.
A plea hearing has been scheduled for July 15.
