Poll workers are busy making sure everything's ready for the recall election.

In Stevens Point, the city clerk and about a dozen poll workers spent most of the afternoon making sure their location in the courthouse was ready for the heavy traffic they expect this Tuesday. Clerks across the state are doing similar preparations.

Stevens Point City Clerk John Moe says, "Every municipality that uses a machine on election night has to have a public test within 10 days before the election. That’s what were doing today in the city of Stevens Point."

Tomorrow is the last day you can bring in your absentee ballot. The Stevens Point office says they have seen heavy absentee voter traffic over the past few days.
