The Waupaca Police Department is searching for a suspect in an armed robbery.
Police say a clerk at the The Village Inn reported a woman entered the hotel Wednesday night around 7:45 p.m., restrained the her and threatened her with a knife. A small amount of cash was then taken.
The suspect is described as a white woman, late 20s or early 30s, about 5'6", with brown eyes, brown hair and a medium complexion. Officials say the suspect told the clerk she had a gun, but never showed it.
