Police Report: Lit Firecracker Thrown into Wausau Home

The Wausau Police Department says no one was injured after a scary situation over the weekend.

According to police, officers responded to a home on the 3800 block of Troy Street after midnight Saturday after someone opened the home's front door and threw a lit firecrackers inside.

The firecracker exploded inside the home and reportedly caused damage to the living room carpet.
