A Merrill woman accused of blowing marijuana smoke in her six-month child's face is scheduled to reach a plea deal, and will avoid a jury trial.
Kristine Woellner, 19, is charged with child neglect, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing THC.
According to online court records, it happened on February 23, 2012.
Woellner was scheduled to appear in Lincoln County Court, Monday, however that hearing has been postponed. No future court date has been set.
The baby is being cared for by relatives. Woellner is not to have unsupervised contact.
