One of six men arrested in March during a prostitution sting in Wausau has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Jeff Ryta, 48, has entered into a deffered judgment agreement. That means if Ryta stays out of trouble for one year the misdemeanor charge of prostitution will be amended to disorderly conduct.

Ryta will have to appear in court next May for a review hearing. That's when the charge could be reduced.
