A Neilson report said about 50 percent of all moms have smartphones.
In this week's "Pin it in a Minute," we covered the top five apps for busy moms, according to familyshare.com.
The first app, Shop Savvy, helps compare prices for shoes, strollers and baby toys while it acts like a scanner. It can compare your prices from both online and in stores.
The second app, Postino, can help Mom never forget to send a get well card, thank you card or even a birthday card. Postino helps create postcards on the screen digitally and send a physical real card to the recipient.
The third app, Mom Maps, can help you find a good place to hang out with your kids, from parks to playgrounds to museums and parks to restaurants.
The fourth app, The Big Oven, can help Mom whip up any recipe from old-fashioned icing to full-course meals.
The fifth app, Mint, helps Mom budget. It keeps track of what you spend money on, and it can link to a bank account.
