As part of this week's Pet Project - I thought it would be fitting to talk about what you can do to keep our furry friends safe during the 9 day gun-deer hunting season.

Mary Kirlin, the executive director of the Humane Society of Marathon County, joined us live on Sunrise 7 Wednesday. She says it's a good idea to dress your pets up in blaze orange. Coming up tomorrow on Sunrise 7 - why hunting season makes for the perfect opportunity to donate to the food pantry.
