Court document say Timblin Enterprises, who operates the Patriot Center and other businesses there, owes more than $15 million.
Stoney Rivers LLC, is asking a third party to be assigned to operate the property for fear the current operator,
Timblin Enterprises would not take proper care of the Patriot Center, Zona Designer Outlet, Caleb's Menswear, or Sunfully Dark Tanning, diminishing their value.
Court documents claim that payments on the $15 - million Timblin Enterprises owes are now in default.
Online records list Thomas and Debbie Timblin of Kewaskum, which is near West Bend as the owners of Timblin Enterprises.
