GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Green Bay Packers receiver Donald Driver is expected to talk more about his reasons for retiring during an event at Lambeau Field.

The receiver announced his retirement Jan. 31 and the Packers distributed tickets to fans so they can hear the news directly from his mouth on Wednesday morning.

The team is expecting more than 1,500 fans in the atrium for the stand-room only event.

The team is reminding fans to enter through the Miller Lite gate. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

Driver finishes his 14-year career as Green Bay's all-time leader in yards receiving (10,137 yards) catches (743) and 1,000-yard seasons (seven).

A four-time Pro Bowler, he was Green Bay's MVP in 2002 and was part of the team that won the Super Bowl following the 2010 season.
