Mary Kirlin, the executive director at the Humane Society of Marathon County says a dog who escaped after a traffic accident over the weekend has been found.

A woman involved in a traffic accident Sunday evening near Fleet Farm in Wausau, says her dog escaped the vehicle during the crash.

The woman says, "Milo" is wearing a pink harness. He's described at 10-months-old and friendly.

Southbound lanes of US-51 are moving again after a one vehicle rollover accident. The accident happened around 7:30 PM on US-51 at County K.

According to a Lt. with the Marathon County Sheriff's Department, one person was injured in the crash.

Law enforcement says the woman was driving northbound on US-51 when she hit another car, and rolled it in the median. It ended up in the southbound lanes.

She was the only one injured and transported to Aspirus Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The crash is still under investigation.

The left southbound lane of US-51 at County Road K is open after one person was injured in a rollover accident.

Deputies have the right lane still closed off at this time.

There are reports of a one-vehicle rollover on US-51 near County Road K, and Marathon County Deputies have closed both southbound lanes.

The crash was called in around 7:30 p.m.

Southbound lanes on US-51 are expected to be closed for at least two hours.

Emergency crews are on scene and reports are that one person was trapped in the vehicle.

A Marathon County Sheriff Deputy reports one person was injured in the accident. They were transported to Aspirus Hospital in Wausau.

One of our crews is headed to the accident. We'll have more information as it is released.
