The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department has released the name of a 41-year-old man who died when the boat he was riding in overturned.
Authorities say the boat was being towed by a pick-up truck on Cut Off Road near Robe Road, about eight miles south of New London, when it came off the trailer.
A 13-year boy was ejected, but was not injured.
James Wall died at the scene due to a head injury.
The driver, a 58-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated.
At this time, the speed of the truck is under investigation.
The victim is from Orland Park, Illinois. The driver and the teen are from Manhatton, Illinois.

One person is dead after being ejected from the boat he was riding in when it overturned off of its trailer while being towed by a pick-up truck according to the Waupaca County Sheriff's Department.
The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. Saturday night on Cut Off Rd. in New London.
The individual died at the scene due to massive head injuries. A second person ejected from the boat did not sustain any injuries.
The operator of the pickup truck was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated.
All names are currently being withheld pending notification of family members.
The Waupaca County Sheriff's Department was assisted by Gold Cross Ambulance, New London Fire Department, and New London First Responders.
