North Texas Hosts Final 4 For First Time in 28 Years

This is the first time in 28 years the Final 4 has been in North Texas, and now that it has returned here, it will probably be the biggest Final 4 ever, literally thanks to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Crews believe that they'll have north of 80,000 people inside on Saturday.

The all-time attendance record for the semifinals is 75,400 at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas about three years ago.

The record for the national championship game is 72,900 at Ford Field in Detroit in 2009.

While planning has been in the works for a few years now, the final layout inside all came together within the last month.

Outside, crews said they have about seven acres of real estate to work with for game day activities.

Dierks Bentley will perform on Saturday and Kid Rock will perform on Monday.
