A judge is ruling to keep the legal status of Raul Ponce-Rocha confidential in his up coming trial.
He's accused of stabbing 18-year-old Breanna Schneller to death in May 2009 at her Wausau apartment.
Ponce-Rocha's trail is set for January 3.
A jury from La Crosse County will be used after a judge ruled that potential jurors from Marathon County may already have opinions on the case.
The trial will be held in Marathon County.
