A 23-year-old woman is expected to be charged with two counts of child neglect after police say she left her two young children in the car at a Beloit Wal-mart. The vehicle was not running at the time and the wind chill was -34.

According to WMTV-TV, someone noticed the children in the car and flagged an officer around 7:30 p.m.

Investigators determined the children, ages 5 and 18-months, had been left unattended in the car for 10 minutes.

They were evaluated by paramedics and determined to be fine.
