MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Mayors, police chiefs and prosecutors from around the Upper Midwest say greater access to data on firearms purchases and strong community partnerships are just a few initiatives that could prevent future gun violence.
The officials are meeting in Minneapolis for a daylong summit on gun policies.
