MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Ministry Health Care has strengthened the breadth and depth of its services by acquiring all of Affinity Health Care in Wisconsin.
Ministry and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare have jointly owned Affinity. Ministry operates hospitals in north-central and northern Wisconsin. It will take over Affinity's operations, which include hospitals in Appleton, Oshkosh and Chilton. Together, Ministry and Affinity will have more than 12,000 employees and facilities that stretch from Sturgeon Bay to Wabasha, Minn.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
