Merrill native Sam Arneson hopes to play a bigger role for the Badgers in this Saturday's Big Ten championship game against Nebraska.

Arneson only got in on a few special teams plays last year. But his playing has increased this season, mostly as a second tight end used for blocking. But he does have two catches this season, including his first career touchdown.

Senior running back Montee Ball says not just Arneson, but all of the underclassmen will need to be at their best to beat the Huskers.
