Another staple of the summer season, the 25th anniversary of the Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo is set to kick off this weekend in Merrill.
Sunrise 7's Sean Caldwell spoke with 2014 Rodeo Queen Lillie Bartelt and Princess Lizzie Bright for a preview of the event and some of their duties as rodeo royalty.
The 25th Wisconsin River Pro Rodeo kicks off Friday, June 6th at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds with performances at 7:00 p.m. Friday, 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening, and 1:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon.
Tickets at the gate are $17 for adults, $12 for children from 6 to 12. Children 5 and under get in free. Weekend passes are available for $40 dollars on Friday only.
