A 53-year-old Medford man has been sentenced to two years in prison for his 6th offense OWI.
Taylor County District Karl Kelz, says Robert Migel will also spend two years on extended supervision upon completing his initial confinement.
In a press release, Kelz says Migel was arrested in July 2011, after he was found in his vehicle passed out at a gas station in Medford. Prior to that Migel, was observed driving the car. His blood alcohol level was .264.
