Trial dates have now been set for two people accused of transporting 11 lbs of marijuana.

Police say Aaron Keuntjes, 25, of Greeley, Colorado and Alyssa Clapper, 23, of Marshfield were arrested during separate traffic stops on Nov. 19.

The two are charged with three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, two counts of manufacturing THC, possessing THC with the intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keuntjes is charged with two additional counts of bail jumping.

Keuntjes is behind bars on $10,000 cash bond. Clapper is in custody on a $4,000 cash bond.

The trial is expected to last one day and will begin Feb. 26.

Two people accused of transporting 11 lbs of marijuana have pleaded not guilty.

Aaron Keuntjes, 25, of Greeley, Colorado and Alyssa Clapper, 23, of Marshfield are charged with three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place, two counts of manufacturing THC, possessing THC with the intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Keuntjes is charged with two additional counts of bail jumping.

Police say the two were arrested during separate traffic stops on Nov. 19.

Keuntjes is behind bars on $10,000 cash bond. Clapper is in custody on a $4,000 cash bond. Both will return to court on Jan. 10 for clerical court appearances.

The Marshfield Police Department said they've seized more than 11 lbs of marijuana following a traffic stop and the search of two vehicles.

Police say the stop occurred Tuesday near Marshfield. Aaron Keuntjes, 25, of Greeley, Colorado and Alyssa Clapper, 23, of Marshfield were arrested. According to a press release, the arrested were result of a two-month investigation.

Investigators also seized 250 grams of marijuana-infused chocolate candy.

Officers from Stevens Point Police Department, Wisconsin Department of Justice, Wood County Sheriff’s Department, Plover Police Department, Portage County Sheriff’s Department, Adams County Sheriff’s Department, Juneau County Sheriff’s Department, Marquette County Sheriff’s Department, Wisconsin Rapids Police Department, and Kearney Nebraska Police Department assisted the Marshfield Police Department.

Keuntjes is behind bars on $10,000 cash bond. Clapper is in custody on a $4,000 cash bond.

Both suspects will return to court on Dec. 9.
