County Road B in Marathon has reopened while fire crews work to determine what caused a motor home to catch fire Saturday afternoon.
The fire was reported around 2:45 p.m. along County Road B and 4th Street in Marathon.
According to Marathon County Sheriff's Department, the fire was out by four p.m. but the road remained closed until 5:45 p.m. to allow crews to clean up the scene.
NewsChannel 7 is still awaiting word on a cause. The driver of the RV suffered minor injuries to his hands.
In addition to property damage to a nearby home, WPS engineers responded to structural damage to a utility poll, which lead to the possibility of snapping wires.
