Two people face charges after a road rage incident in Wausau.
One that was halted when the suspects were stopped by a man with a permit to carry a concealed weapon.
Police tell NewsChannel 7 it started Tuesday afternoon when 26-year-old Jessica Ratliff and 30-year old Nicholas Flanagan of Michigan rammed the Appleton man's SUV after he passed their van on highway 29.
The 911 dispatcher told him to pull off into Menards parking lot to wait for police.

When officers arrived, they say the man with the gun was totally co-operative.
He will not be charged.
