Man Found Dead in Juneau Co. Burned Vehicle

TOWN OF LYNDON, Wis. (AP) -- Sheriff's officials say a man was found dead in a vehicle that exploded and caught fire in Juneau County.

Deputies were called to Highway 12 and Highway 16 in the Town of Lyndon Saturday night. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion and discovering the vehicle on fire.

Firefighters extinguished the fire and found the man inside. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Juneau County coroner. The incident remains under investigation.
