Milwaukee police say a man fatally shot another while robbing him of jewelry outside a strip club.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports police released a criminal complaint Monday in the July 20 death of 33 year old Vincent Fayne.

25 year old Keithany Brodie faces charges of 1st degree intentional homicide, robbery with a dangerous weapon and illegal firearm possession.

Brodie tells police he noticed Fayne wearing jewelry and Fayne started running after he approached him with a gun.

He tells police the gun went off when he ran into a car.

An autopsy found Fayne was shot five times in his back and once in his side.

Police say Brodie took Fayne's phone and a ring.

A judge set a $150,000 bond for Brodie on Sunday.

Online court records didn't indicate an attorney.
