The Marshfield Police Department said in a news release Wednesday they do not suspect foul play in the death of William J. Smith III.

Police say Smith's autopsy was preformed Tuesday in Madison.

Authorities are awaiting the findings of the toxicology report to release a cause of death.

The Marshfield Police Department said an autopsy will be performed Tuesday to determine the cause of death of a 33-year-old man found dead in a Wal-Mart bathroom.

According to a news release, EMS crews responded to the Wal-Mart on N. Central Ave. around 3:15 a.m. for a man who was unresponsive.

The Marathon County Medical Examiner's office is assisting with the investigation.

The name of the victim is not being released until family can be notified.
