MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- A Madison day care center says it will keep its license after the state investigated accusations of sexual abuse.

The state Department of Children and Families temporarily revoked the license of Red Caboose Day Care Center in July. In a recent email sent to parents, Red Caboose says it will reopen with new policies, procedures and training which will be monitored by state regulators.

WISC-TV reports the center says it will pay a $3,000 fine and will see its state child care rating drop from five stars to two stars.
