Fundraiser to help offset expenses not covered by insurance. Aaron, 7, received to burns 21 percent of his body on April 21st. There will be brats, burgers,hot dogs, games, silent auction,book sale and entertainment by Lyve and zumba demonstration by zumba fitness with Angela Cook.

Opening ceremonies at 12:00 noon.
The event will take place all day and end at midnight with a ceremony of lighted sky lanterns. There will be food,fun celebration activities and the traditional luminaria ceremony to honor those taken by cancer,support the fighters and admire the survivors. This year's theme is "Cancer's a Beach".

Min-Aqua Bats Waterski Show

A River's Journey

Headquartered at the North Lakeland Discovery Center, paddle the Manitowish River.
This series of paddling adventures throughout the summer will span the River from its headwaters to the Highway 47 bridge. This first leg of the journey starts with an 8.5 mile paddle through inlets and bays as well as across open water. High Lake has clear water, forested shores and scattered islands and is home to loon, eagle and other wildlife. The stretch through Fishtrap is home to herons which hunt the marsh or roost in the trees. Canoes provided. $20/member, $15/youth aged 16 and under and $25/non-members.

Chamber 37th Annual Country Fair
