A popular restaurant in Stevens Point may be more than 1,000 miles from Bourbon Street, but it didn't stop them from serving up some delicious Creole cuisine as part of a very special Fat Tuesday celebration.
Michele's Restaurant has held an annual Fat Tuesday buffet for more than a decade. The night featured everything from jambalaya to New Orleans style Hurricane drinks. Customers who come back year after year appreciate this tradition.
"This has kind of been a tradition for us to come here on Fat Tuesday to get a wonderful meal with friends and acquaintances." says customer Steve Raczek.
The restaurant says Fat Tuesday is one of their busiest nights of the year.
