A cat in Aniwa could soon make her owners $25,000 richer, and it is all thanks to a computer printer and a camera.

Remy's owner Melissa Thorpe captured a humorous video of the cat attacking a piece of paper that was being printed off their home computer. Thorpe posted the video to YouTube and then entered it into the Friskies' Cat Video Contest. Now the video has been chosen as a finalist and the family could win up to $25,000.

Thorpe says she was shocked when she learned that she could have a chance at the grand prize because of how stiff the competition is.

""There were over 1,000 entries and I thought maybe not , but I finally got the email and I thought this is pretty cool!" Thorpe says.

If Remy's video wins, she says that she would use the money to pay off some debt and also plans to donate to the local Humane Society.

The winner of the contest will be announced on October 15th. The winner is determined by online voting, so if you want to show your support to Remy and Melissa you can log on to www.friskies.com
